I am not feeling good during the conversation. I phoned in to reserve a booking. I am to be treated with disrespect by one of the receptionist. My English is not good enough. She is impolite. I can’t accept this behaviour.

We recently brought my father-in-law to see NP Pang and were very happy with the care he provided — five stars for him. He was professional, attentive, and thorough. However, our follow-up experience with reception has been concerning. I called to verify an important instruction from the appointment, and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I was met with a dismissive attitude.
