지금 클리닉에서 나와서 후기 남깁니다. Legacy에서 35분을 운전해서 왔습니다. 진료를 잘 본다기에 멀리에서 부터 왔는데 환자한테 통보도 없이 예약 시간을 변경하는건 무엇때문이죠? 첫 진료이고 예약 시간에 늦지 않기위해 아침부터 서둘러서 왔습니다. 그런데 Dr. Chen 이 11시에 출근하니 그때 오라니요? 병원을 무슨 애들 소꿉장난 하듯이 운영하나요? 예약 시간을 병원측에서 바꾸었다면 이메일, 텍스트, 전화 그 어떠한것으로도 변경되었다는 연락도 없었습니다. 말로만 이야기할땐 마치 제가 잘못 알았다는듯 이야기 하더니 예약 시간이 기재된 이메일을 보내주니 왜 그런지 모르겠다니요? 장난합니까? 아무리 진료를 잘 본다한들 이런 병원은 두번다시 오지 않을거에요. 별 하나를 남기기에도 아깝습니다.
Had an outstanding experience with Sophia in getting new eyeglasses. Sophia is very knowledgeable, detailed, thorough, and has excellent customer service skills which is so rare these days. A shout out to Leslie who helped me when I picked up my new glasses as Sophia was busy with another patient. Anyone needing to get advise on and/or order new glasses can be completely confident in the team here!!!
Another outstanding patient care experience!!! Dr. Kim has expertly gathered a very talented group. The entire team is so thorough, detailed, responsive, and takes the time to fully educate the patient as to what is happening throughout the appointment. Not to be outdone by the aforementioned, is the suberb customer service demonstrated by Sophia, Patricia and Leslie. You will never be treated like a number or a dollar sign here! I can not recommend Royal Vista Eyecare for all your visual needs.
I have been a patient of Royal Vista Eye Care for the past two to three years, and my experience has always been excellent. I especially enjoy working with Sophia, who is professional, patient, and very pleasant to interact with. She always makes the process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic!
My husband and I both had great experiences at Royal Vista Eyecare today. Everyone was friendly, and Dr Yip was very attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back :)
