Dr. Sy is as good as it gets. Thorough, friendly and always a positive experience. I highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr Christie kim is incredibly detail-oriented and took her time to thoroughly explain every step of the eye exam, making sure all of my questions were answered. My wife and I went to Royal Vista Eye Care for a consultation for new eye glasses. We received excellent service and expertise from Sophia. We told her what type of frame and Sophia showed us her recommendation. These were exactly what we were looking for. Sophia answered all our questions and concerns so that we were able to make an informed decision on what type of lens to purchase. I came here for new glasses and to get fitted for contact lenses for the first time and they definitely deserve all the positive reviews. Dr Kim is patient and approachable; I felt very comfortable asking her questions and I never felt rushed. Sophia is super friendly and attentive. She walked me through my first contact lens experience and was very encouraging and helpful. I had some hiccups with my glasses and contacts lens fit and she helped resolve them very quickly. Really lovely team!
