Extremely disappointed with how this clinic handles billing. Without any prior notice, they sent a $150 balance to a collection agency — despite always having my credit card on file and me paying at each visit. When I called to question this, the supervisor claimed they had called and left a voicemail. I checked thoroughly — there were no voicemails or missed calls from them regarding any outstanding balance. The only communication I ever received was a reminder for an upcoming appointment. Really nice and clean clinic. Very friendly and understanding staff. They got me in right away and I was just amazed by the treatment and communication. Direct billing with insurance is definitely a bonus. I was just there for a check up but I will definitely be coming back in the future. They made it a top priority to make me feel comfortable and at ease, because who doesn’t get anxious about the dentist? I highly recommend.
