I have always had a great experience shopping with Royal Vintage Shoes. I have just one pair of their brand and a few pairs of the brands they carry and definitely prefer the shoes they manufacture. I once encountered a fitting problem and they handled the issue quickly; I was greatly pleased with their customer service.

Gorgeous shoes, wonderful customer service, and great quality too! I walked ELEVEN MILES in one day in Manhattan while wearing my Claire Oxfords, and my feet were fine. I can’t think of higher praise than that!

The shoes I ordered were incorrectly sized (I ordered the size I've been wearing my entire adult life and I couldn't get my foot in them, so there's clearly an issue on their end) I paid to ship the shoes back to them (with tracking, thankfully!) and then had to hassle them for weeks to get my money back.
