Hi, The crew at RVW did an excellent job installing windows. From start to finish I can't say enough how well the process went. Alex, Sebastian and the crew did a great job cleaning up and it was done very efficiently and with professionalism. We would recommend RVW as we are very please with the new windows. We had our old windows replace by Royal View Windows. From start to finish we had a very positive experience. The timeline given from ordering the windows to installation was very accurate. They were professional and efficient and our place was properly cleaned up after they finished. They even removed a security bar from our basement window at no extra cost. The upgrade to triple pane windows was worth it. It looks fantastic. Highly recommended. We would use again.
It’s an excellent experience to work with RVW. Alex is easy to communicate and very responsive offering competitive price. Window replacement is costly, while they didn’t ask for any deposit. And the time frame is exactly as the contract. His crew is professional and they left the place clean. Definitely I will recommend RVW to my friends.
