Very nice area loved the location!
Quality of houses is good, for sure. The builder is nice until he isn't, i.e. you don't show interest in buying one of his houses. Then he becomes curt / cranky and dismissive.

When they finish a new home I am the one who photographs it for them and I've been doing it for 6 years along with other builders. Not only is their quality impeccable, They are truly intrested in satisfied customers.
