The demeanour of the dark haired lady on the reception was disgusting. She has the wrong aptitude or attitude for customer service, a more appropriate career for her would be as an immigration officer or prison guard; where she can really treat people like dirt.
Lovely friendly staff. Limited wait time for pre arranged appointment.
It was really busy when I went here with a suspected fractured ankle. However the service was very efficient. I always recommend people in this area to come here rather than go to Ashford. They really are excellent.
This used to be a good hospital but my experience today was that of a dismissive and incompetent nurse failing to do their job and an overwhelming feeling of disbelief that medical care has stooped to such a low level.
