Great owners and great location! So helpful with recommendations and responsive to all our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The grounds and pool are well kept and quiet. The owners supplied everything you need for cooking meals and even a trip to the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, floats, and small cooler). The condo itself was super clean. All of us had our own space and the balcony was shaded and relaxing. Highly recommend staying at the Royal Dream!
We just came back from a wonderful stay The Avalon Royal Dream. The condo is very well decorated and stock for all your family needs.Love the layout with the rooms on opposite ends so our kids had there own space. The owners get right back to you with any questions you might have. It issue nice to have beach chairs and towel provided and the close proximity to clearwater beach which is amazing. Will definitely rent again hear
We had an amazing weekend at this gorgeous 2-bedroom condo in Clearwater. The apartment is beautifully decorated and offers all the comfort you need to relax. Its location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive from the world-renowned Pier 60 and charming local restaurants. It's the ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of Clearwater Beach while having a peaceful place to unwind. I highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable stay!
What a beautiful spot. Very safe and friendly neighbourhood. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need for a great week. It’s perfect for a family vacation. Located minutes from Clearwater Beach, Johns Pass (a must see) and St. Pete’s Beach. We loved the pool after a day of exploring. We highly recommend Royal Vacation Clearwater.
Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, had everything you needed to prepare meals, etc. Owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Condo is located in a great location to anything you want to do in Clearwater. I will definitely be staying there again when I'm in Clearwater.
