Great owners and great location! So helpful with recommendations and responsive to all our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The grounds and pool are well kept and quiet. The owners supplied everything you need for cooking meals and even a trip to the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, floats, and small cooler). The condo itself was super clean. All of us had our own space and the balcony was shaded and relaxing. Highly recommend staying at the Royal Dream!

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Paradise at The Avalon. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were responsive and helpful, especially with clear instructions for check-in. The location was ideal—just minutes from Clearwater and close to many other attractions in the area. We’d happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient home base.

We just came back from a wonderful stay The Avalon Royal Dream. The condo is very well decorated and stock for all your family needs.Love the layout with the rooms on opposite ends so our kids had there own space. The owners get right back to you with any questions you might have. It issue nice to have beach chairs and towel provided and the close proximity to clearwater beach which is amazing. Will definitely rent again hear

We had an amazing weekend at this gorgeous 2-bedroom condo in Clearwater. The apartment is beautifully decorated and offers all the comfort you need to relax. Its location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive from the world-renowned Pier 60 and charming local restaurants. It's the ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of Clearwater Beach while having a peaceful place to unwind. I highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable stay!

Back in Clearwater after the pandemic, we enjoyed our vacation in another tastefully decorated paradise-theme-inspired condo signed Royal Vacation. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a multi-night stay. The kitchen was better equipped than our home with small appliances, pots and pans of all sizes as well as quality dinnerware and glassware.
