Waiting time is way to long. Treatment was without complaints. An almost 17hr journey. Parking regulations are ridiculous. 60 Minutes for Emergency, then giving a ticket while the patient is waiting for medical help and slapped with a $70 ticket. The website for the parking failed twice on me. RUH, shame on you! No patient should be treated that way!
anyone going to emergency has 6 hours to wait and sick people shouldnt be sleeping in hallways cause they can't get a room, write to your government this is nuts, its also great having to pay a tonne for parking to see someone

I went to emergency middle of the night with the worse intense migraines I’ve ever had. I was able to get a bed in emerg however when you have a severe migraine as I had and are placed in an observation bed by nurses desk ; bright lights noise constant talking. I was there for twenty four hours before sent upstairs to a room with three loud patients. I kept saying that I was very sensitive to bright lights and noise and that my migraine would not come down.
