Went in via ambulance for heart attack symptoms. Blood pressure hit 200/110. Had 6 vials of blood drawn (5 minutes to complete), 2 blood pressure readings (5 minutes to complete), 2 Ecg tests (2 minutes to complete) and 2 xrays (10minutes to complete). 22 minutes of testing, and then another 11 hrs of waiting to get told "it was "probably" severe anxiety attack caused by stress, you can go home".

Took the wife to ruh emergency after being advised by a nurse after I called the health line. We sat there for six hrs and still didn't see a dr. She was feeling slightly better so we left. A nurse told us we were near the top of the list when about a hr before that another nurse said she had no idea how long it would be. Waiting room was packed and moving at a snails pace, not too mention people coming in with a damn earache meanwhile an elderly lady is sitting there crying in pain and confused when the nurse tried to talk ... read more

On March 17 2026 we were sent from the North Battleford hospital to RUH. My daughter had sustained a broken tibia & fibula break into the mortise bone of her right ankle. She is a resident of AB, but the injury occurred on our farm west of Saskatoon. We spent 10 hours in RUH- we arrived at 10pm at night.
