Returned a call from the hospital was connected to switchboard. Once connected the woman was extremely rude, I said ma’am you don’t need to use that tone and she proceeded to hang up

We are beyond grateful for the wonderful staff at RUH! No parent wants to visit emergency, but accidents happen. The child only admittance section was so appreciated so we could quickly have our little girl taken care of. All the staff were friendly, reassuring and so efficient. Thank you so so much!

The senior fell and we sent the patient to the hospital. It was not difficult to find the hospital. However, it is pretty big inside and I thought we just go to registration but actually the nurse said they are now in renovation )?) and we shall go to emergency … It’s a long walk from the parking to the emergency especially for a senior who fell and hurt the legs … walked slowly and we finally arrived. My wife had to go to the Emergency Department (ER) at RUH. I did not realize that we would be there for 11 hours, so I paid for parking by the hour. The signs indicate that there is an $18 per day maximum, but this is only the case if you purchase a "day pass." I paid $33 and might have paid as much as $72 per day. I would recommend that anyone going to the ER at RUH purchase a "day pass," which will cost as much as six hours' parking; you will, almost certainly, be there for much longer.
