There was a nurse Called Maureen in same day Surgery block. Very unprofessional and has no respect for patient or persons attending the patients . One person can lower the image of other hardworking people.
Worst experience.
This is the worst experience ever, our 93 year old mother came into emergency sunday night with a broken femur, it has been 5 days and we are still waiting for surgery, just keep getting the runaround and excuses as to why she isnt getting surgery. We are not getting updated on information … the surgeon came in and said the surgery would be today, then he came in later and said the proper surgeon wasnt working, then he said he was a surgeon that could do the surgery… then said they didnt have the proper parts, but then 5 min... read more
