Yesterday I brought my daughter to the Emergency Department due to severe inflammation and pain in her hand. We spent about three hours at the hospital and went home with hope that she had received proper medical care. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My daughter was prescribed antibiotics for only one day and we were assured that this would be sufficient. I recently went to RUH with what turned out to be a septic and badly deteriorated gall bladder. I can't remember any names prior to the emergency surgery due to being in pain and on subsequent pain meds but in recovery Lauren was one night nurse and Betty was another. They were top notch and did an excellent job of serving patient needs, mine and others. Definitely recommended.

To bad you couldn't leave less then 1 star. The ER department is an absolute joke. The staff all they do is sit there and chat about what they did or are doing off shift.

This place is brutal. You spend hrs waiting and when you ask the nurses for any sort of timeline or any update they snap on you. Showed up at 9pm and at 4am I'm still waiting.
