Today I received a text asking how many stars i would like to give it for the service i received here yesterday?! This is a very unfair question !! Having to sit & wait for 11hrs to finally find out what is wrong was hideous! but I honestly can't fault the staff at all!! They were all so friendly, kind & patient! Even the staff around the building were quick to offer help if you looked lost!! I also had to go for a CT scan where they were all lovely too. So I give the situation 0 but the staff

Despite the waiting time and lack of chairs for everyone waiting, I'm giving the A&E department 5 stars. Why? Because I had to drive my Dad there and the only place to drop him was in the ambulance parking - which I know I shouldn't but thought what else can I do? If an ambulance had been available they'd have parked there. Anyway, a waiting Ambulance person (not sure if she was a driver or paramedic) thankfully carefully escorted my Dad into the A&E and advised me to clear off and park somewhere else before I get into troub... read more

I attended Bath A&E a few months back. I avoid hospitals in general due to poor prior experiences. Due to the circumstances I had no choice but to go. I experienced complete kindness by the whole team. It really had an impact on me and has helped in giving me the confidence to advocate for myself and health care needs going forward. Thank you Bath A&E

I was in for over 7 hours for the doctor to eventually tell me to take two paracetamol and to go home.
