My poor planning had me needing a tuxedo for a wedding I was attending that very evening. They closed at 3 and I wasn’t able to get there until right at closing. The owner couldn’t have been more nice and courteous despite me inconveniencing her. Very nice tux as well! Great business.
Excellent customer service. Denia is awesome! I needed a couple off the rack dress shirts altered to fit in a short time frame. Denia was extremely helpful looking at options: custom order vs major surgery on my off the rack shirts. We ended up altering and it was a big job. The shirts came out fitting great and the final cost was fair. Thank you Denia. When I need a tux this is where I will go.
This place was amazing and helped me out when I was in a bind and needed a Tuxedo same day for my son’s special needs prom! I am so thankful that I was able to get him a tux same day! He had a blast and we will definitely be using Royal Tuxedo again in the future.
