We contacted Royal Tree Service about having a rather large tree removed, and the experience from start to finish was great. Nora was at our house within two hours of requesting an estimate and we received the quote the next day. We got three quotes and chose Royal. When they came to do our job, they encountered a problem with a piece of equipment. Through no fault of their own, it took longer than expected to get the part needed. Working with Nora and Freddie has been a pleasure. They’re both professional and courteous. We had to work around the weather of course, and I added a couple of requests (stacking cut logs for my neighbor and fence mending), but their crew members did excellent work. They were respectful of our property and left with minimal impact to the yard. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call on them in the future. Royal Tree Service certainly delivers value and a job well done. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We had some storm damage to one of our trees in our backyard. We called three different companies for estimates. Nora from Royal Tree Service came out & gave us an estimate at a time / day that worked for us & followed up with us as well. The second company also came out also & was quite nice, however, their estimate was almost double what Royal's was & we never heard back from him in a follow up call.
