First and foremost, the ladies at this salon were very warm and had wonderful customer service. They made me feel comfortable right away. The stylist was the owner and she was very nice and knowledgeable. I was surprised to see how well everyone worked together. I definitely will be visiting again.
The stylist superseded my expectations and I was very pleased with my hair. I must admit that i was a bit nervous at first, but she was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. The salon was very clean and the stylist was very sanitary. This was a big plus for me because I am a germaphobe. I would definitely suggest this salon to anyone.
Nail tech was good. The hairstylist is a bit inconsiderate of client's time and somewhat rude. Too many experienced, knowledgeable, and better skilled hairstylists in the area to settle for this. I'll go back for the tech, though.
