My Husband purchased a couple groupons for some cut and colour for both our daughters birthdays back in December. I was a bit worried about how my youngest would feel during her cut and colour, she can be a bit of a handful sometimes , but to our complete delight, Ash was so wonderful with both girls.. We had a horrible experience with this unprofessional place. My wife bought my daughter a Groupon for about $65 for haircut, style, deep conditioning treatment, blow dry, and full colour (Groupon actual description). My daughter made an appointment a couple weeks earlier but when she went in the stylist seemed to not even know she was coming in. Not the place to go to for haircut and highlights. Ash is very nice but has no idea how to cut , style or highlight hair. I have never had such a hasty, unprofessional cut and highlights. Highlights were unevenly done at the front, like stripes with none at back of head Cut was uneven and not layered, just lopped off. You get what you pay for here.
