Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your salon. I came in for eyebrow and chin threading and clearly informed the staff beforehand that my skin is very sensitive. I even mentioned that I previously had two incidents in your salon where my skin peeled off due to careless threading. Despite this, the staff were careless again.
