I got a layered v cut, poonam did an amazing job, the wait time and staff friendliness was top tier. I have been going here for a few years and Im never disappointed!🥰

There were 2 staff with 3 clients when I walked in. The staff doing eyebrows took so long and when she finished with the client she just took off to wash the hair for one client without telling me how long she’s going to be. I had already waited for 20mins so asked her how long is the wait and she pointed at the 2nd staff saying she’ll finish with that client’s hair than do yours. Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your salon. I came in for eyebrow and chin threading and clearly informed the staff beforehand that my skin is very sensitive. I even mentioned that I previously had two incidents in your salon where my skin peeled off due to careless threading. Despite this, the staff were careless again. I didn’t feel anything during the procedure, but once I reached home and washed my face, I found clear marks and damage around my eyebrows and under my chin. This is the third ... read more
