I've been coming to KB's barbershop for quite some time, and the experience is consistently exceptional. KB and his entire team are incredibly professional, welcoming, skilled, attentive, and friendly. The customer service is always outstanding, and they make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Kelly gave us a good service. She is amazing. Very friendly and did exactly what we showed her. We are so impressed.
I visited today for a simple haircut and trim/leveling. The advertised price was $22, but I was charged $44, which was very disappointing and not clearly explained. The quality of the haircut was also poor. The stylist spent more time talking than focusing on the haircut, and the final result was far from what I requested. My hair ended up looking uneven and messed up, and I left very dissatisfied. Overall, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.
