Yikes! Showed up to closing and Royal Title had the wrong numbers for how much money we needed. We over paid for what we bought and weren't able to get the keys to get into our house we had just bought! So we left with a thousand dollars overspent, and still couldn't get in the house we paid for. The closing attorney came to our office later that afternoon to drop off the money they owed us and WROTE THE CHECK FOR THE WRONG AMOUNT.
