Very customer friendly but twice I have had new tires leak air because he didn't clean the oxidation from the aluminum beads. He did make things right but you would expect a tire shop to at least look at the beads of the wheels for excess corrosion etc. Nice to have a local shop but bad to have leaky tires :(
