“Buyer beware” of my experience with JS Royal Tint. It was unprofessional/horrible customer service. I dropped my car off Monday 4:45 PM for a 5 PM appointment and didn’t get it back until “11:15 PM.” The next day after a proper inspection, I found air bubbles, hair, and other debris in the tint. He scheduled a redo for 8 AM Saturday. I showed up 15 minutes early. He never answered or responded to any calls or texts. I waited 40 minutes and left. I got two of my cars tinted here and had a great experience both times. Joseph was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing was fair, and the quality of the tint came out clean on both vehicles. Definitely recommend.
