Set up an appointment for 8AM and not one person showed we texted and called barely got a response back at 9:40 asking if we can just leave the truck there until 2pm the next day. we took our business to the shop right next door, apparently we are not the first people this happened to either.

This is the third car I've brought to Royal Tint & Dip and they never disappoint. What keeps me coming back is that they're genuinely nice people who actually care about what you want. You're not just another appointment to them. As a returning customer I can say they really go out of their way to take care of you and make you feel valued.
