I had an appointment booked, but ended up canceling after interacting with the receptionist. I got a bit lost on the way and called in, and her tone was extremely rude and unwelcoming. It made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I no longer felt confident receiving a service there. First impressions matter, especially in a place that’s supposed to be about relaxation. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to cancel and not return. She hung up on me. ABSOLUTELY NO.
Best place I can go to, been coming since I was in highschool as an athlete. I'd have bad cramps and SO MANY knotts in my back. I was a year round athlete so this massages were the best parts of my month
