Driver 785 hauling trailer 68-52 showed up to receiver Nestle Sterling Toronto without seal cutters! That’s an embarrassment to the company. As a professional driver you should have these tools in hand at all times. Receiver told him if you don’t have em then you can take the trailer back from where you brought it! Luckily for him one of the drivers helped him with bolt cutters to get the job done! Train your drivers. Their drivers are very inconsiderate. And don't care about anyone else with themselves.... Today at cargill in charlotte , one of their drivers was upset because of the loading procedures and decided to park in front of the scales.... I asked him nicely if he could move, but he declined and said he is not moving.
