Very happy with my experience of ENT service at the County . Reception went above and beyond to fit me in after an A&E referral last week . Seen on time by a very helpful Dr . Follow up appt today - seen on time - again by a friendly and professional Dr who explained everything I needed to know very clearly. Amazing service . How the NHS should be all the time .
Sadly, a poor service. Signed in with front desk staff, waited for over an hour past my appointment time with no prior warning from the staff that they were running late.
I have to say I was very apprehensive before being seen by Dr. However I was very well treated by the Dr, Nurse and reception lady and had nothing to worry about .
