I got my lashes lifted and tinted with Jade. This was my first time going to her and never had any issues with this service at other places. I had a babysitter and when I got there early for my appointment she was running 30min behind. During the procedure my eyes watered profusely and burned the whole time. El lugar muy acogedor, facil de llegar, un excelente servicio, Rose es la mejor en todo lo relacionado con uñas. Te diseña en las uñas lo que pidas, no la cambio por nadie, me encanta, es muy professional y responsable, mi cita era a las 10:00 am, llegue unos minutos antes y ya ella me estaba esperando.

I had an appointment with Fely. She rescheduled 2 times before she finally could confirm a day. She texted me one hour before my appointment saying she had an emergency and she couldn’t do my eyebrows, but somebody else at the salon would do it. When I arrived she was there doing somebody else’s eyebrows. Fely usually charges more than her employees, and I got charged Her price even if I got serviced by another lady. I hope she changes her poor management and her greediness.

I highly recommend Nadia who did the tattoo on my lips. I felt like #ROYALTY when I left. I appreciate all the beautiful woman on staff who made me look and feel even more beautiful 🤩 I also want to thank the owner for doing my eyebrows on the house at no charge all though they look crooked according to her frame the graph stencil it lined up but you can judge for yourself (see attached). I had a 1:15 brow wax appointment and Silvia did not get to me until 1:45. I spent almost a hour at the salon for a 15 minute appointment using my lunch break. All she said was the lady before me came right at my appointment time. I also still had to pay for my services even after the inconvenience.
