Our professional was amazing and our house looked great!! We have a husky and they completely ruin our carpet all the time and they were able to make it look awesome. Will absolutely use again

The guy who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional and even cancelled on me the day before he was supposed to be there because I told him he wasn't being professional and asked if he was a certified company!! Please use Stanley Steemer for all of your carpet cleaning needs as they are both professional and do a wonderful job!!

you could improve your driving, whomever drives the white GMC with royal steamers plastered all over it with flags. I have seen you not once but twice today on both ends of town from richlands to Jacksonville and your driving is horrible. You don't stop at stop signs or red lights for right turns. if you're going to represent a company it would be best that you drive like you have some sense!

Hired them a couple years ago and they did a poor job. Left the carpet wet and did not really clean the carpets. Would not recommend.
