I called Abel to clean our carpet in our 2 story home and he did a fantastic job! He is very punctual when he sets his appts. Just by calling him alone he was extremely professional as well as knowledgable...he gave tips and plenty of information. His priority is most definitely customer service. He books your appt and only yours in order to give u his complete attention as well as the cleaning needs of your home. I think that is the pic of my apartment he cleaned. Its been about a Year since i called them and i forgot to do a review but I was very satisfied. He was professional and was able to get every stain out of the carpets. I have a 2 year old daughter so there were cool-aid stains and dirt embedded into the carpets! He got every single stain out and he even took the time while doing it and gave us tips on how we could get some carpet stains out ourselves! Prices are amazing and he was very kind and knowledgeable!
I called Abel, the owner, after reading some other reviews here. He showed up on time and did an excellent cleaning job!! His prices are good and very fair. I highly recommend him. I will be a loyal customer from here on in.
I called them out to clean the carpet on a house that I purchase which had 3 animals left in the house for several weeks and they were very professional. They arrived on time and charged the quoted amount and I could not believe my eyes that all of the pet stains were gone and no bad smells were left in the house! I highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning services needed, I will use them again for any I have.
They came two hours after I called. I was explained the service before and they gave us a price over the phone. Once there, since we were moving, the tech waited patiently for us to clear one of the rooms. He completed the service quickly and the rooms looked great. I will definitely call this company the next time I need their services.
They came the same day I called. My carpet was left very clean. They took their time and it was dry in no time. The price and service was also better than renting the machines at a store and then spending hours to clean it myself.
