We used Royal Steamer to refinish our hardwood floors. The quality of work was extremely poor. The floor had swirl marks, extremely rough areas, and debris/hair in the varnish. They didn't take off the quarter round and instead dug the hand sander into the floor by the walls so there was a noticeable divot and old stain still visible. They damaged our trim with the sander and got varnish on the walls and trim. When we pointed all the issues out to the owner he offered to fix *some* of the mistakes.
