We used Royal Steamer to refinish our hardwood floors. The quality of work was extremely poor. The floor had swirl marks, extremely rough areas, and debris/hair in the varnish. They didn't take off the quarter round and instead dug the hand sander into the floor by the walls so there was a noticeable divot and old stain still visible. They damaged our trim with the sander and got varnish on the walls and trim. When we pointed all the issues out to the owner he offered to fix *some* of the mistakes. The owner is an amazing guy and does excellent work.
I cannot recommend Royal Steamer enough! Always fast to reply and answer my questions. They have cleaned our carpets and huge sectional a couple times and do a fantastic job. A locally owned small business with fast and professional service. Doesn’t get any better!
