Found Royal Steam on net and reviews were great. I got them to clean and seal my apartment ceramic tiles in my bathroom and kitchen. Sam and his helper were very professional, on time and actually ending up doing the work on their hands and knees. Very impressed with the job. I am told the sealant should last close to a year, so the grout area will remain the grey colour it should be instead of the black that it was!
Sam from Royal Steam Cleaning cleaned our sectional and an area rug. He was professional, punctual, easy to get a hold of, and did an excellent job. The items he cleaned for us look and smell great! Will definitely be calling him again to clean more items in our home. Thank you Sam!

We recently had Royal Steam come in to clean our basement carpet and steps. They did a fantastic job and our 20 year old carpet looks almost brand new. I would highly recommend them, very professional and courteous.
Royal Steam did a huge favour for me when I had to have a rug cleaned last minute to bring to a wedding the next day. Sam and his team did a great job and the rug was in perfect condition and in time. Would highly recommend Royal Steam!
