I'm a plumber with Elite Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I have been in this building many times. I love the cleanliness of the lobbies and hallways. The more I service customers in this building, the more I sense the owners of these units really like to take care of their dwellings. Everyone I meet in passing weather it be on the elevators, hallways, or customers have always greeted me with smiles and kindness. I honestly feel like my experience accurately represents living on the keys as a community.
ITS GORGEOUS VIEW. BUT THE INSIDE CARPET HAS A WET SMOTHERING SMELL. IT NEEDS MORE THAN A VACUUM. NEEDS SOME SANITIZING AND VINEGAR. PLEASE ASSIST &DISCUSS THIS MATTER AT THE NEXT BOARD MEETING THANK YOU KINDLY
