2/9/2026 The apartments have turned into "essential housing apartments (low income)." It attracts the type of residents you don't want living here nor do you want them dealing drugs outside or stealing rims to pay the rent or blasting loud music at 5 am. If you're already a resident, you're pretty much screwed! You need to move out because you're over paying the "current essential housing market price" and your apartment is at market rate. You can't get that low rate when you re-new your lease even if you qualify for it and ... read more
