I was tricked into believing the doctor and staff cared about people. I paid almost $8,000 up front for the emsculpt neo after a car accident (even though I had a medical lien) because I stupidly believed this would be the answer for my chronic pain from my neck & back injury. I was assured that after my treatments I would have a reassessment and then if I needed further treatment I would then be considered an "established patient and therefore qualify for better rates." I had some trouble scheduling my test trial for the sculpting. I left a review after being frustrated with this. The Dr. of royal spine called me personally to ask me about my experience. Thanked me and apologized multiple times for the issue that I had and told me they were having g a staff meeting to fix the issue so that no other patients had this issue. I was extremely impressed. I have never experienced this sort of care. It is VERY clear that the Dr cares about patients and our experiences. HIGHLY impressed

Was a long drive from SE valley. But looking forward to the addition of new Gilbert location for rehab. Staff professional and office very relaxing. Dr. Abdulhamid very thorough and patient,explaining the procedure and rehab to follow. Good experience. THANK YOU !
