This place is a joke, been waiting since September to get a hot tub repaired. Went into this location in February and was told we were the 2nd customers on the list. “2nd customer”!! Today is May 11, and was told June 10th will be the soonest they can get here. This should be enough said about this place. People don’t buy their overpriced items nor plan on them repairing anything. Indianapolis branch says it happens all the time and get several complaints about the Lafayette store .
