Absolutely amazing! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever gotten
I made three appointments with this massage spa, and when we arrived, the staff acted as if they had no idea why we were there. None of our appointments were on their schedule, despite being booked in advance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, we were met with blank stares and an unwelcoming attitude. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I did not appreciate how we were treated when we walked in. After this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others.
Requested and charged for a Deep Tissue massage. Horrible! Barely felt any pressure. I doubt the therapist was even trained. I could have had someone just rub lotion on me. Your response was very "canned" if you truly wanted to make it right you would not have charged me for the deep tissue when I informed you of my poor experience. Your only response was "Where is my tip"!!!! Unbelievable
