terrible p.o.s miss my hot springs unit ,single pump system sucks blows cold air out continuously right in the middle of your back, most uncomfortable hunk of crap i ever set in , what happended to HOT in hot tub. never need to drain so no drains in unit? suck on hose like syphering gas out of cars as kid, REALLY never needs cleaned or chemicals changed completely, should have done more research .now i have my 10 grand mistake looking & leaking at me everytime i look out my patio, reminds me of what a stupid fr*%%#@ idiot i ... read more
Trish at Royal Spa is a fine example of what customer service is all about! She never pushed us, she answered all of our questions, never rushed us. The guys that came and set it up were so professional and did a complete walk through. It was a great experience and we love our hot tub!
This place is excellent. STUART is amazing and he really knows his spas. The purchase process, delivery and setup went off without a hitch. Have been it nearly every evening for 2 months. Would I buy from this company and store again? Without question the answer is yes. Thank you STUART and Royal Spa for great service and a superior product.
