The 3.3 rating is misleading. The reality is worse. Most issues are echoed in other reviews: poor customer service, unreliable elevators, musty-smelling rooms, broken A/C, non-working TVs, and excessive fees. This place ruined my weekend. I hope it doesn’t ruin yours.

I will rate this institution 1 star only because I could not rate it zero stars. Personally I believe we should have negative stars on this review section. Horrible front desk. I am a travel physician and I reached out to the front desk regarding extending my reservation, they told me at the desk it was extended. 2 days later I'm being told I have to check out the next day b/c the hotel is sold out for that day.
