Called in clinic on Wednesday. The front desk lady who answered the phone was being rude without any reason. If you are frustrated stay at home do not go to your job. I asked her for the price or if they have any deals going on… she hung up the call me without answering my question. So unprofessional.

I wouldn’t recommend. Booked a very good package deal for laser Brazilian , and was told after a few sessions that “it doesn’t include everything “ and if I wanted the whole Brazilian area I would have to pay extra each time. The lady is nice enough but I was so put off by that. There is no other place that doesn’t include “everything” I looked into this a lot after the fact and it was a grab to charge more each session. Wasn’t a good deal at all after paying all the extra.
Bought a package of 8 laser sessions, got 2 sessions done, amazing results so far. It hurts a little but much better than waxing. Also, Phina keeps you engaged to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you might have before the session.
They have amazing deals and laser is the most effective I've ever experienced. I did arms, underarms, legs, and just started Brazilian, and I've noticed a major reduction or complete elimination of hair in all areas. So happy to ditch inconvenient shaving and expensive waxing.
