Royal Sienna is a beautiful community! Really quiet. Located in Sienna which is a really nice area. The staff in the office are all really friendly! Marlen was extremely helpful and very sweet! I will definitely consider living here for sure!
DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! Don’t make the same mistake we did! We were excited to move-in to the neighborhood until our new home would be ready. We thought we would be living in a luxury apartment and enjoying the benefits of the local “Sienna” experience. Marlen and Karen were very helpful and kind at first, we leased our apartment out-of-state before our move. It seemed nice. Then about a week in the chaos began. PLEASE READ THIS: Do not make the mistake I made and live here! When my husband and I moved here last summer, we were expecting a completely different experience. Our first impressions were mostly positive—Karen and Marlen were helpful with the move-in process. We told them we had emotional support animals (ESAs) and sent the required documentation.
