Great customer service and everyone is so helpful
I like the facility here a lot - they get my car clean and have a lot of great amenities with the vacuums (spray, air hose, mat cleaners, wiper fluid etc.) but I HATE going here because of how awkward and invasive it is to pay. Every other car wash has either a machine or a booth, but at Royal Shine, you get both, and it's not the best of both worlds. You pull up to the machine and are promptly pounced upon by an employee who inserts themselves between you and the machine, upselling a membership and punching all the buttons ... read more
