Booked two weeks a few months ago for March 7-14 in Sunset Captiva 30 for a get together with three college pals from 50 years ago….it was great. Royal Shell switched our second week from house 20 to house 26 because the owners wanted that week. Royal Shell Vacations has always been my go to choice for renting homes for vacation. Their service is impeccable, if something is needed at the home and you call them within a half hour to 45 minutes there’s someone at your door to fix the issue. This year I rented beach house in South seas. after hurricane Milton and Helene, last year, parts of Captiva Island were decimated, including south seas resort. We had a great experience with this company. They left our unit clean, stocked, and with clear directions for checking in and out. We were impressed with their customer service, too, when we called with a question concerning check-out.
