We had a great experience with this company. They left our unit clean, stocked, and with clear directions for checking in and out. We were impressed with their customer service, too, when we called with a question concerning check-out.
Stay Away. Horrible customer service and homes are not well kept
I really like their rental home service. All of their rental homes and condos are great. Even though that some were destroyed by Ian. They still have really great service!!! We have stayed at a house called “White Pelican” for decades and loved it!! We also stayed at a house called “Halemakai”. We also loved it. We will be going to Captiva in March and staying at a new vacation home!! If you are looking for a great vacation rental. This is the right spot!! :)
