Royal services and Jared were great in helping me out of a jam. They were willing to work with me under unusual circumstances when other plumbing companies refused. Carson came out on a Saturday evening, merely an hour after we called due to a faucet that would not shut off and had already started flooding our garage. He calmly diagnosed the issue, offered multiple solutions and, based on our desire to have this fixed once and not need to be dealt with (ever :) ) again, ultimately replaced the worn-out faucet with a durable, all-temperature one in addition to installing a dedicated shutoff valve in our crawlspace (as a bit of insurance).
