Royal Plumbing responded quickly to an emergency sewer backup. Carson snaked the line, and assisted with a portable pump to try and stay ahead of the damage. After discovering it was a city line backup, Carson was able to stay and relay his findings to the City Utility Representative. We are very appreciative for the service we received.
They responded within 3-5 minutes to my request and arrived within 1-2 hours. Jared was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and explained everything he was doing and why. I will be keeping his business card and request him for any plumbing issues in the future. VERY HAPPY customer!
Awesome experience! I called yesterday evening, and they got me on the schedule, Dylan came out this morning, and had everything wrapped up by noon even on a Sunday! and Dylan is very personable, good with people, and he did an amazing job!
