Steve is the most competent and hardworking tradesperson I have ever met, hands down. Spent hours to diagnose a water heater issue that wasn’t even related to the plumbing, but the ventilation around the water heater. When our water heater broke 6 months later (unrelated issue), he was back to fix it up same day, and also replaced a basement toilet that was broken. I called Royal Services Plumbing around 9am on Sunday and my call was answered by a person within just a few rings! Their man, Dylan R, was at my house in less than 2 hours, assessed my repair, and had my pipe repaired by 12:30! I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone, but if you have one, give Royal Services a call.
