I’ve just had the second of two carpets fitted by Royal Scot Carpets and I am really happy with their service. They have fitted both my lounge and sitting rooms in a quality carpet/underlay and the finish is perfect. The large L shaped lounge required a join, which you simply cannot see. Jackie clearly ‘knows her stuff’ and I would not hesitate in recommending Jackie/Royal Scot if you’re looking for a carpet.
I was recommended by 2 different people to go see jackie. So very happy with the stair carpet i had fiited! I have an old awkward steep stair case which in the past carpet was not fitted well or last long ! When you see the difference in quality carpet and professional fitters that jackie provided ! Its amazing to see the difference ! Absolutely delighted with how lovely and knowledgeable jackie and would 100% recommend and most definitely use again :)
Me and 3 daughters paid a visit to the shop in mickleover where the lovely Jackie helped me go through flooring options. Jackie was so thorough and knowledgeable. There was no rushing, the whole experience choosing flooring for my home was wonderful, so big thank Jackie. Charlie & Amy were the fitters and I couldn't have hoped for a better pair. What absolutely great people they are and what a tremendous job they did so thank you both! Highly recommended and I really wouldn't go elsewhere again.
We have just had our bedrooms fitted with carpet from this independent company. Jackie came and measured the rooms and gave us help and advice on choosing the carpets. We have to say what a lovely person to deal with, she was so professional and knowledgeable. The carpet fitters were brilliant, very friendly and clean and tidy.
