Pulled up and went to look at trailers and they were all locked. No sales.person came out to greet us even after we got back by our truck so we left. I figured they didn't want my business if I have to chase down someone to show me their trailers.
Amber was awesome and very impressive with hee knowledge and down to earth personality. She was fun to learn from and getbtips about a camper with more high end stuff than we are used to her qualities are priceless, Royal is very lucky to have a person of her caliber.
Royal RV completed a safety recall on our Brinkley Z-3400. The quality of the workmanship seems fine. The only issue is have is the lack of cleaning up of thier mess. The recall involved some drilling on the patio step mount. When I opened up the patio, I found metal shavings all over the place. If I ever use Royal RV for maintenance/repairs again, I will be sure to inspect what I expect from them.
I contacted Josh while heading to Elkhart for a funeral, because we were very interested in the Brinkley I275 travel trailer and they were nearby and had them in stock. I negotiated via email and text and agreed on the trade-in and final price. Did a loan application, sent the documents they needed and showed up the next morning to meet up with Josh in person at the dealership.
