Great experience with Royal RV. We came from Michigan to purchase our Brinkley and the process worked out well. Their staff is friendly and was very responsive to any and all questions we had. Kolin was easy to work with and when it was time to pick up our rig, Amber was outstanding! We will definitely recommend anyone to look to Royal for their next RV, the hour drive for us was more than worth it.
i’ll delete this review when i actually get some help from the people that sold me a brand new Winnebago camper that’s driving me insane with random, bizarre issues. buyer beware. if you don’t live in Middlebury, these people are never going to help you. warranty or not.
