Royal RV vastly exceeded my expectations. They are a large, high volume dealership located near many RV manufacturers, thus assuring as I found out the best prices, access to parts and most knowledgeable service personnel. An amazing experience dealing with Amber Webb. Finding someone that goes out of their way to help is getting rare. Amber helped with a situation after hours. Definitely connected in the industry. If all of Royal RV employees are this dedicated this is the only place to deal with.
We just purchased a Brinkley 310. We received outstanding assistance from the sales manager Josh and want to say thank you. A huge and I mean huge thank you needs to go to Amber. She has helped us in so many ways, taken her personal and work time with follow ups.
