We ordered our 2026 Brinkley Model Z 3515 from Royal RV in Middlebury, IN after deciding that we wanted to take delivery of our 3515 from a highly rated dealer close to the new Brinkley facility. We were the first customer ordered Full Body Paint Model Z and we wanted to see it and test it out while close to Brinkley RV. We also wanted to pull it home 750 miles rather than a delivery company. Motorhome that I went to see was under repair and wasn’t told prior to coming. Battery dead also. Salesman was Curt. He never even told me he was not going to be there when I told him I was coming. Very poor communication
It was great working with Josh Malcolm at Royal RV. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. As first time RV owners we had lot of questions too!
Go see Josh Malcom if you want an excellent salesman. Josh was easy to deal with, he answered all of our questions & kept us in the loop at all times. We traded our camper in & they were fair with the price they offered us. George did our walk through; he was knowledgeable & thorough. Royal RV is a professional business, we can't say enough about the whole process, it was a pleasurable experience. Thank you to the whole team for making our dream come true!
