I had a very poor experience at Royal Ritz Auto Shop. The service was unprofessional, and communication was lacking throughout the entire process. I’ve been going to Tony since he had a shop in a different location many years ago and I’d follow him wherever he goes. He does beautiful work and I love his office manager Karina. They take care of everything with insurance companies so I can relax knowing it’s handled. The prices are reasonable even if you have to pay out of pocket and not go through insurance. This place told me that they were going to add extra "things" to charge the other insurance company for more money. I'm a good, fair, and respectful man so I decline. Don't trust this company

I had a terrible experience with Royal Ritz Auto Collision. After promising a one-week turnaround, they kept my car for over three weeks with minimal updates. When I finally got the car back, the paint didn't match, and there were still visible dents they supposedly repaired. To make matters worse, they were rude and dismissive when I pointed out the issues. I had to take the car elsewhere to fix their mistakes. I definitely wouldn't recommend them
