Our stay at 233A was great. The unit was very clean and many of the features appeared brand new. Loved the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that were so helpful at the beach. Would love to see a wagon like many of the units had to make transportation to the beach easier. So appreciative of the easy communication, list of expectations and protocols ahead of time and check in throughout the week. We would highly recommend.

ROYAL REXHOST RESORTS(owner) promised me a 4 day refund (2 nights needed to spend at last minute hotel)due to flooding and repairs of the location. With all the proof, emails, texts and receipts he is now (1mo later) refusing to refund the half of stay promised. Also, stated he would ONLY send refund if given 5 star reviews for stay. VRBO is now involved and hopefully will at least get my two nights stay at hotel refunded. The place was nice once fixed but the owner was/is a nightmare to deal with.
