The team did a good job with mold removal in one of our bedrooms - quick & professional. The team also soft-cleaned our clay tile roof. Some tiles were broken during the cleaning, and Jose went above and beyond, by fixing those + more broken tiles. He showed care for the home throughout the process, had great communication, and exemplified amazing care + customer service.

Mold remediation is scary, until you have Royal Restoration guiding you through the process. Jose was incredibly reassuring from the start. He walked us through every step, made sure we understood what was happening, and treated our home with the utmost care. What felt overwhelming at first quickly turned into a smooth, manageable experience thanks to his professionalism and attention to detail.

First and foremost, Jose provided high quality work in a great time of need for our house. He was extremely responsive both on initial call as well as all throughout the project, answering all calls and texts promptly.
