Their team showed up quickly, removed all the debris, and handled the repairs with great professionalism and care. Savas, I really appreciate you sending Nate and his team to my house today. They did a great job. They were very honest , professional and were on time to the appointment. They did a thorough inspection and told me that my crawl space was mold free. My wife and I are so relieved . Thank you! Deficient communication and mediocre service.
Kinda messed up when their inspector quotes the job for 400 and then the "project manager"( whom I had to contact myself 10 days after signing an agreement for them to do the work!)says they won't do it for less than 1000, then finally tells me they can do it for 950 a day later. I blame my insurance company for recommending them in the first place but after speaking to that joke of a "project manager" I really wouldn't want that guy overseeing anything on my home.
