Consistently great weekly service, and when we have additional garbage hauling needs above the norm, they always accommodate with helpful solutions.
I started with Royal Refuse recently after having a terrible time with Sanipac over the last 2 years. Sanipac missed our pick-ups approximately 10-15 times over those 2 years, were sometimes incredibly unpleasant to talk with on the phone, and couldn't seem to fix the issue with our pick-up, which was ongoing in the most tedious and frustrating of ways. Raises rates without notice after services have already been provided and won't honor the original price agreement. Not only is it dishonest, pretty sure that's illegal too. Use someone else. Better services are cheaper anyway.
