This place is top of the line I’m originaly from rusia and can defenetley say it’s one of the best salons I ever got services they will do above and beyond for the customer if I could give more then 5 stars I would.
Coming to this location for a few months purchased a membership doing facials and sauna treatments for the body I can only say amazing things about the place and the staff that really treat me like a queen and I’ve been during the years in a few different salons/spas this is by far the best one :)
My family member experience negligence at this establishment they purchase a spa membership to get service weekly they went to location to get treatment only to get totally abandon and locked in facility for over an hour until security in the mall notice she was locked in there she was in the sauna room finishing up when she came out she realized it was dark this is a 80 year old lady why would you not even make sure they had water while in the sauna room neverless alive even at the gym they check on you now she is traumatiz... read more
