This was the most terrible facial treatment and the worst service I have ever received. The cosmetologist didn’t even cleanse my face before the procedure — she started applying cream directly onto dirty skin with foundation still on it. She barely touched my face at all, and the entire procedure felt careless and unprofessional. I left completely shocked by the quality of the service. I promise I'm not the type to leave reviews. But the attitude of the worker was to the extent I had to come onto the website and leave a review. I wanted gel polish on my natural nails and toes, no acrylic or anything extra. My daughter was going to get her nails painted too but the worker immediately stated she was by herself, understandable. Therefore, it we will narrow it down to one person getting services.
