I am very disappointed with this salon. On Facebook and Instagram, they show very relaxing and enjoyable facial treatments. That is not what I experienced. I give you 1 star for Gabby and Service I paid for a 1 hour and 10 minute facial, but the treatment only lasted about 20–25 minutes. This is not what was advertised. I did not feel relaxed, and the service felt rushed. If you tell customers the treatment is 70 minutes, you should provide 70 minutes. It did not feel relaxing at all. Great experience. Amazing facial. Very friendly staff. Great value
Excellent nail service by technician named Haley. She did a lovely job and is very sweet and professional. However. Terrible pressure from other employees, trying to push their over-priced products. Same people who formerly ran the skin care kiosks in the aisle of the mall, handing out samples of Predire and annoying shoppers. I just got the best ever manicure from Natalia at this salon, located inside South Park by Belk on the ground floor. My nails were in terrible shape from moving, and Natalia spent extra time to make sure they were perfect. The orange scrub and lotion at the conclusion is a bonus.
Amazing work!!! Misty took her time and did the best job I could ask for without asking. Brittany and Kiara also are the best ask for them when you visit. Thanks so much ladies
