Natalia is simply the best! She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and is a true perfectionist. My nails always look beautiful, and I love how she helps me choose the perfect color when I can't decide. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I almost hate to share how wonderful she is because I'm afraid she'll be too booked up when I need my next appointment! But she deserves all the praise. I highly recommend her.
I recieved the services after i scheduled an appointment , waited over half an hour, and the overlay clear on my real nails lasted 1 week. Waisted time and $60.
The VIP membership is a trap. They don’t keep services they promised to offer after signing up. The marketing team provides a huge list of services included part of VIP package which infact never happens. The front staff (black lady) was very arrogant. My package includes microneedling and hydra facial but after signing up I came to know that the hydra machine was broken long back and instead they convinced me to go for other facials and also the microneedles were out of stock, so I was keep on following up for 3months and t... read more
