I made an appointment to go in for a mask fitting in Orillia. I was having trouble with leaks in my mask. I had to wait 10 days for the appointment and when I went in, I was told that because I didn’t buy the mask there they wouldn’t help me. I was told if I bought a new mask for $310 then they would help me fit it. I have purchased three machines over the years from this company and this is how I’m treated. I really felt like I was being scammed into buying a new mask at an exorbitant price
Outstanding service, excellent people. We have been dealing with this company for over 6 months and every touch point is professional, friendly and a sense of urgency. Would only deal with this company for all our needs. Well done ProResp
Live in Atlantic Canada now, but despite it being seven years later I get same day response (vs a week to get help in New Brunswick). Awesome service!
Amazing staff; receptionists are A1! Laura-Donna is a fantastic owner. You really feel taken care of and supported when you come to Royal Pro Resp. I found the other clinics pushy and more money-focused. Royal Pro Resp - as professional as it is - makes you feel like you’re part of a family the moment you step through the door.
Overall poor communication from staff to client as I was told you have 30 days to try a mask or return it. Upon returning my mask I was then told that they do not refund your money. Now I have two masks and a machine that I can not use and I am out a thousand dollars. As a side note after 2 visits to rectify the problem and being told the manager will call me I waited a month and a half before receiving a call back not what I consider a timely response for a company that is promoting themselves that they are all about the cl... read more
