Awful surgery, gone down hill massively, very unhelpful towards me, think I will definitely change surgery.

So I've recently moved into Langley Mill and have been going back to my old surgery for meds. I thought it was time to change to a local doctors to make life a little bit easier. I work long hours often unsociable in the care industry so it's quite difficult to drop by at times. I’ve just been seen my Dr Horton and what a lovely woman and Doctor she is. I had a previous appointment with another Dr and this was not very helpful and seemed like I was just ticked off. But Dr Horton was very knowledgable and amazing with me. I was really worried about returning and being ticked off again but I wasn’t. Thank you so much dr horton :)
